The Pleiades aligns with Tikal & Palenque
The Spring Equinox of 1998!

The ancients say we live in an age of prophecy. A age during which humanity has the opportunity to re-awaken to timeless interconnectedness and interdependent relationship with the cosmos. Without a doubt, we are here at this special time to help fulfill an awesome and delicately orchestrated plan to align Earth with the cosmos. These are the days we have long awaited for. According to signs in the Cosmos, the Qeros of Peru, Quiche Maya of Guatemala and the Yucatan Maya of Mexico, this time may be closer than we think!

We understand that everything that happens in the sky affects our perceptions and our evolution. We understand that we are not separate from anything or anyone. We are family. We are beginning to fully live the Mayan code "In Lak'ech", " I am you and you are me." We take responsibility for our actions with others because we understand that what we do to them, we do to ourselves.

Ancient sky watchers and wisdom keepers of the original traditions of Mother Earth remind us of our cosmic origins and how re-aligning with the cosmos can give us essential energy needed to live together harmoniously and with honor for our Mother Earth. Through their prophecies, we are reminded to look to the stars for wisdom and also to the universe inside.

We live in the age of the fulfillment of prophecy and for three consecutive Spring Equinoxes, something has happened in the sky that points to global prophecies of the ending/beginning of an age. In the Spring Equinox to come, yet another sign in the sky will manifest. On March 21, 1998, the entrance into the Mayan Year of 9 IK, a cosmic serpent will glide towards the origin of Man, the Pleiades. This celestial sign heralds the return of serpent wisdom, the return of Christ Consciousness and the activation of the planetary and humanity's kundilini.

This cosmic serpent will be constructed with an alignment of most of the planets. The serpent will house Mercury, Saturn and Mars in its head. To follow will be the Sun, Jupiter, Venus, Uranus, Neptune, Moon and Pluto at the root of the tail. This cosmic serpent is heading toward the Pleiades, marking this cycle of time as an awakening of the power of the inner spirit and inner Christ. As these planets glide across the sky, we can tune into planetary interconnectedness and also understand our intimate connection with our inner serpent wisdom.

Mayan Elder Hunbatz Men shares "The serpent of wisdom travels towards the Pleiades to combine all of its planetary powers with the great power of the Pleiades, referred to in Maya as Tzek'eb, 'tail of the serpent', which is an indication that some planetary bodies in our solar system travel in that direction for the rendezvous with the great serpent of cosmic wisdom.... With Mercury, Saturn and Mars within the head of the serpent heading for the Pleiades, initiatory work for mankind will be propitious. This will be a time when Pacal Votan, the great master who lived in the ceremonial center of Palenque (Nah Chan - House of the Snake) in the era of light, will convey his message to all initiates of the world throughout this planetary voyage as indicated in the serpent of our solar system."

"All Brothers and Sister, who know the power of Mercury, Saturn, Mars, Jupiter, Venus as well as the power of the Sun and Moon, have the opportunity to do meditation with us on the Spring Equinox ... and connect your spirit with the Great Master, Pacal Votan. This is truly how the cosmic culture of the serpent will be born."

As we continue on the path of cosmic consciousness, we are acknowledging that the appearance of comets and planetary alignments help humanity align our inner power for initiatory awakening. This cosmic alignment and activation of serpent wisdom will mark the entrance to a Mayan Portal year of 9 IK, the power of the spirit. IK is as changeable as the wind itself. IK is the awakening of the priest/priestess within. Ik is a gift of spirit and when in an Ik year, we can more readily access the ability to apply the power of spirit! The number 9 represents a maturing and a completion of the intention of spirit and represents that everything is connected and that a cosmic string of events and experiences create what we are today.

It is not a surprise to me that Pacal Votan and the cosmic serpent are united in this planetary alignment. The sacred site of Palenque, Pacal Votan's resting place, is known for its great connection to the spirit with it numerous carved 'T' shape symbols representing the spirit or the breath of the Great Spirit. The 'T' represents the Mayan day sign of IK (wind) and anyone who has spent some time in Palenque understands the power of spirit in the wind at this site. This is yet another strong confirmation that the Mayan year of 9 Ik is right on time with celestial events.

Palenque is also one of the few places that Jesus Christ came to share his teachings of love and compassion. He gave baptisms in Queen's Falls near Palenque. You can still feel the presence of utter peace and harmony here.

What began these yearly cycles of activation was the prophetic day of March 21, 1995, which began the opening of a 520-year cycle of light and the ending of the horrifying cycle of conquest for the Maya of the Yucatan. Thousands of awakening human beings, Mayan elders and priests and Tibetan Lamas came to the Mayalands to fulfill an ancient prophecy of the east and the west coming together for the awakening of humanity into cosmic humans.

Directly following on the next Spring Equinox of 1996, was the brightest comet to pass by Earth since the year 1556. Comet Hyakutake initiated humanity's cosmic wake up call. The masses began looking to the stars. This comet was anticipated by the Maya and was closest to Mother Earth during the Spring Equinox. The Maya named this comet YAHK'UTAH, meaning "The presence of the love of God on Earth." It carried a message of love, peace and harmony. Because it headed toward the north star, Shaman Ek', the star of wisdom and knowledge, the comet also brought a message to humanity that cosmic wisdom is returning.

On the Spring Equinox of 1997, The comet Hale-Bopp captivated humanity as one of the most watched cosmic shows in decades. This comet was directly linked to Mayan calendars. Its orbit of 3250 years is one half of a 6500-year cycle that directly correlates to one of the Mayan calendars! The 6500 year cycle directly relates to yet a bigger cycle, a 26,000 year cycle. Both comets were also linked to prophecies of the indigenous people of North America. The Hopi prophecies said that when the huge comet comes, the star people will return to Earth.

As we watch the returning age of light lift our cloudy world with every new cycle, we awaken. This Spring Equinox is considered by the Quiche Maya as a powerful turning point for humanity. They have been awaiting this new year as it marks the end of the cycles of darkness and the entrance of a cycle of light according to their calendars. Could this be the shift we have been waiting for? The signs are in the air and there is not one person on the planet that is not feeling the building pressure and anticipation.

Re-Awakening the Power of Spirit! If we truly believe we create our own reality and collective consciousness manifest on earth like a great cosmic soup, what do you suppose who happen if we collectively began to envision and hold space to live Heaven on Earth? As global meditations and ceremonies increase in numbers and reflect in the collective consciousness we are bridging the gaps between races, cultures and continent. We become boundary burners.

This Spring Equinox marks such a ceremony, The 4th Annual Worldwide Solar Ceremonies for Planetary Awakening. Thousands across the globe have been gathering together to work with the equinoctial energies and are having incredible experiences together. These gathering are becoming very powerful and are also becoming awesome family reunions. What if even more of humanity participated this year? What would happen if a large majority gathered together in harmony, love, and respect for each other within the balanced energy of the SUN? Could we change the world? YES WE COULD! What if on this day we decided to burn all the boundaries between us... could we live in harmony? YES! Let us ask ourselves.... "Have we learned all the lessons we needed to from separation by social status, race, religion, culture, country and continent?". Of course we have! So what is the hold up! Let's do it!

If it is true that we create our reality, isn't it time to take an active role and really create what we have been dreaming of? Isn't it time to take charge of the power of spirit and realign our reality with our higher vision? With each passing Mayan New Year, as humanity anchors positive intentions within a solar wave, we take charge of our destiny and create our positive collective future. By being conscious of each other's existence, we can synchronize Humanity and Earth. Through our unified intentions, we will assist in planetary awakening, world peace, and bridge the gaps between the races, religions and cultures of our beautiful planet. The positive impact of equinox solar ceremonies on humanity's awakening and planetary peace is in direct proportion to OUR participation.

On The Spring Equinox Father Sun is equal in the Northern & Southern Hemispheres, creating a balance of energy. This year's celestial event is an opportunity to prepare and re-awaken our power of spirit and serpent wisdom. It is a time when we can accelerate our Christ consciousness and activate our Kundalini in profound ways.
