Airport transfer: $35 per person only for pre or post departure dates if requested.
Pyramids view rooms at Le Meridian Pyramid Hotel are $60 extra per room per night.

WHAT IS INCLUDED: Greeting and assistance at airports in all cities in Egypt; All touring and transfers in an air-conditioned motor coach; Private transfers to and from the airport / hotels in all cities; Entrance fees to all visits mentioned in the above itinerary; Meeting rooms at hotels; Private visit to the Sphinx; Private visit to King's Chamber inside the Great Pyramid; Private visit to The Isis Temple at dawn in Philae; Domestic flights within Egypt including Cairo / Luxor / Aswan/ Cairo; 4 nights at Le Meridian Pyramids Hotel in Cairo; 8 nights on the Dahabia "Afandina" luxury Nile yacht; 1 night at Seti First Hotel in Abu Simbel; Daily buffet breakfast at hotels; Lunch or dinner as indicated on daily itinerary; Licensed English / Spiritual speaking guide throughout the trip; All hotels taxes, service charges and government sales tax; Luggage handling at all airports; Tips for the drivers / guards on sites / and hotel and yacht staff. Total 14 days / 13 nights. *Hotels and Nile cruises indicated above are subject to remain the same or change and that is totally up to Quest Travel to handle based on the best interest of the group.
WHAT IS EXCLUDED: Round trip International Air tickets; Visa upon arrival to Cairo airport (cost was $15 in March of 2011); Meals and drinks, drinking water, laundry, telephone calls, etc..., not specified in the itinerary and above; Travel & Health Insurance and other items of a personal nature; All the beautiful things that you will want to take home with you. Tipping for all the guides and the tour escort. Aluna Joy and Raphael participate as guides in the journey on a donation basis. Please consider a donation for their participation as an added expense. All donations should be offered and accepted with the heart only.
REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS: (1.) Prior to sending a deposit, contact Aluna Joy to confirm space availability in the group. (2.) Mail or bank wire your deposit. A 50% deposit holds your space in the group. $500 of this deposit is non-refundable if you cancel (see cancellation policy listed below). Contact Aluna Joy for deposit and Bank Wire information. (3.) Mail / fax the completed registration form, along with a picture of yourself, and the bank wire receipt to Aluna Joy Yaxk'in, PO Box 1988, Sedona, AZ 86339 USA (4.) BALANCES.... Full Payment is due December 1st, 2011, or you can arrange to bring cash to Egypt with you (this option is limited). For simplicity, you can send the entire amount upfront if you like. It is up to you.
CANCELLATION POLICY:If any member cancels (received in writing please) 61 days or more prior to arrival, they will be charged $500. If any member cancels (received in writing please) 60 days prior to arrival, they will be charged 50% of the total tour price. If any member cancels (received in writing please) 45 days prior to arrival, they will be charged 75% of the total tour price. If any member cancels 44 days prior to arrival, there will be no refund.
WAIVER: I/we agree to take responsibility for all blessings and challenges that can happen while traveling in a third world country. I/we agree to release Aluna Joy Yaxk'in, Raphael and QUEST TRAVEL EGYPT http://questtravelegypt.com/index.htm from all responsibility and liability for unforeseen circumstances and/or changes in the schedule due to acts of God (weather, earthquakes, etc...), acts of terrorism and political unrest, and any other unforeseen events or mental / physical illnesses occurring during tour dates. I/we understand that Aluna Joy Yaxk'in, Raphael and QUEST TRAVEL EGYPT reserve the right to ask a group member to leave the tour if their behavior is harmful, disruptive or dangerous to the tour group. I/we understand that I/we are aware of and agree to the REGISTRATION, PAYMENT and CANCELLATION POLICIES and understand and agree to all of the above information.
Visa Regulations: It is a MUST that All passports holders of the following nationalities obtain their own visas from the Egyptian Embassy or Consulate located in his or her own countries prior to arrival to Egypt.
