Please do not have your departing flights planned any earlier than 9-10PM on the 25th or 29th. We can, and often do, arrange extra nights in Lima for you on the evening of Sept. 25th or 29th, so you can depart Lima later.

INCLUDES: All accommodations (3 to 4 star hotels), meals specified in itinerary, entrance fees to archeological sites, museums, etc..., all ground & air transportation once you arrive in Lima, and Willaru's and Aluna Joy's private services for the group (All plans subject to slight changes due to Spirit's calling).

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS: (1.) Prior to sending deposit, contact Aluna Joy to confirm space availability in the group as we do book up fast. (2.) For Pilgrimage deposit, bank wire 60% of the tour price. Contact Aluna Joy for Bank Wire Information. (3.) Mail / fax the completed registration form along with a picture of yourself. (4.) Balance is due upon arrival to PERU, and is payable to Aluna Joy Yaxk'in in CASH (USD). US dollar bills must be clean and unmarked. NOTE: Peru banks or vendors will not accept torn, worn or marked bills.

Not Included: Tips to porters, maids, hotel bellmen, bus drivers and other guides, airport tax; other things not described in the itinerary. Airfare to Lima, Peru is not included and is the responsibility of the participant to obtain. Airport departing tax is approximately $32 USD. Willaru and Aluna participate in the journey on a donation basis. Please consider a donation for their participation as an added expense.
Cancellations received in writing 60 days or less before tour commences will be charged a fee of 30% of total fare. Cancellations received in writing 45 or less days before tour commences will be charged a fee of 40% of total fare. Cancellations received in writing 25 or less days before tour commences will be charged a fee of 50% of total fare. No refund will be given once tour dates begin.
Waiver: I/we agree to take responsibility for all blessings and challenges that can happen while traveling in a third world country. I/we agree to release Aluna Joy Yaxk'in, Willaru Huayta and Pyramid Tours from all responsibility and liability for unforeseen circumstances and/or changes in the schedule due to acts of God (weather, earthquakes, etc...), acts of terrorism, and any other unforeseen events or mental / physical illnesses occurring during tour dates. I/we understand that Aluna Joy and Willaru reserve the right to ask a group member to leave the tour if their behavior is harmful, disruptive or dangerous to the tour group. I/we understand that I/we are aware of and agree to the REGISTRATION, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES and understand and agree to all of the above information.
