IMPORTANT NOTE TO NEW SUBSCRIBERS:
PLEASE tell your server we are a bulk mail news letter that is wanted by you and not SPAM. Many servers assume bulk mail is SPAM, unless you tell them differently! You can manually inform your spam blocker to accept our addresses (aluna@alunajoy.com and newsletter@alunajoy.com) to be delivered. We have had thousands of emails returned each month because filters ask us to validate that you want our message by replying to the generated response. We simply do not have enough time to respond to all of these. Thank for your patience and kindness. We mail out about once a month and sometimes even twice if spirit calls us to, so if you don't get a newsletter from us in 30 days PLEASE let us know.

Email delivery problems - Important notice: There appear to be an ever-increasing amount of email bounce-backs, when the bulk email is sent out to those on our mailing list. This is particularly a problem with the following email servers, which are identifying the email updates as spam, and rejecting them: hotmail (worst of all), Yahoo, Hotmail, earthlink, tiscali, surfglobal, sbcglobal, verizon, bigpond and alaska.net. If you wish to continue receiving the ournewsletters PLEASE ensure that you add (aluna@alunajoy.com and newsletter@alunajoy.com) to your address book / contacts list, and also to your "safe senders" list, which you will find in the "junk email options" tab on the "Tools" menu in your email page. Thank you

If you are e-mailing us for the first time our Spam Arrest program will ask you to do a one time verification for your e-mail address! Jeez, the steps we must take so as not to get all that ugly junk mail.

RE: CHANGE OF ADDRESS
To change an e-mail address, UN-SUBSCRIBE your old e-mail address then re-SUBSCRIBE with your new e-mail. SIMPLE and flawless. LOOK for the "preference link" at the bottom of our newsletter to update or change your e-mail address etc.
