DEPARTURE: For Entire Trip including the Roatan Extension :
Departure from San Pedro Sula, Honduras on 3/31/2009. Roatan flight leaves at 8:25 AM arrives in San Pedro Sula at 9:45 AM. Don't plan your flights home before noonish or later (Recommended option). Many US flights are leaving San Pedro Sula at 11:45 and this is OK.
Other options... We could arrange transport back to Guatemala City for you, so you could book a round trip flight (your home/Guatemala City/your home, on the departing day of 4/1/2009). This would entail a very long, all day bus ride and a overnight in Guatemala City (There will be a extra charge for this option to cover transportation and accomadations.) ... OR ... you can arrange a noonish flight from San Pedro Sula to Guatemala City, and book a home flight from Guatemala in the evening of the 31st.

TOUR PRICE INCLUDES: All hotel accomadations as listed in the itinerary. All airport transfers and transportation within tour dates will be covered unless otherwise stated above (Remember . . . you will need to arrange your own arrival flight to Guatemala City and your own departure flight from either San Pedro Sula or Guatemala City). Beautiful, safe and comfortable accomodations. All entrances fees to temple sites, day tours and guide fees. In Copan also included, beside the ruins, are the tunnels and sculptural museum. Domestic roundtrip ticket to and from Guatemala City to Tikal (Flores). If you choose to include the Roatan extension, your roundtrip ticket from San Pedro Sula to and from Roatan is included. Full breakfasts each day. Gratuities for hotels and bell boys. There will be 4 main wonderful guides at your service throughout the trip. Aluna Joy and Enrique are at your service as spiritual guides. Aluna Joy will be providing Group Star Elder Sessions when Spirit calls her to do so, as well as Mayan Astrology Workshop classes. In addition, we will have Julio Tut in Tikal for 21st evening and all day on the 22nd. His father was a legend in Tikal. We have also invited Rigoberto Chanchavac from Momostenango. He is a traditional Maya Preist, a day keeper and an old friend. We hope he joins us. We still do not have confirmation as yet. Raphael will be acting as group guardian and will offer individual healings (donations accepted). Also, laughs, joyful tears, and the beginning of lifelong friendships . . . just about everything a spirit could want! Plus, spiritual growth that cannot be measured by any standard! We guarantee that you will never be the same! (some of our plans are subject to slight changes due to Spirit's calling, weather, etc...).

NOT INCLUDED: We do not supply your round trip flight TO Guatemala City, and FROM Guatemala City or San Pedro Sula. You will need to purchase your own round trip flights arriving any time on the 16th in Guatemala City, and depart San Pedro Sula on the 31st early evening (for the shorter trip, departing flights should be on the evening of the 27th from Guatemala City or Guatemala City.) If you have any question or concerns about your flights, call us please. Local Airport Departure Taxes. No lunch or dinners are covered except for a wonderful dinner at the Hacienda San Lucas that you won't want to miss. We snack at lunch, as you will not want to waste a moment in a café mid-day when the sacred sites are calling you. For dinner, we are finding that if you order off of the menu, you will get better meals, and for less money, than I can arrange them for you. We will show you wonderful places to get dinner. Tips to our 4 main guides (Aluna Joy Yaxk'in, Enrique Enclada, Raphael & Dennis Flores) and other escort-guides and bus drivers are not covered. They should be offered and accepted with the heart only. You will want to tip the maids for cleaning your rooms. Drinking water and laundry bills . . . and all the beautiful things that you'll want to take home with you.

DEPOSITS & BALANCES DUE: A 60% deposit of your total tour price will hold your space. Pay deposit by cashiers checks ...or... by bank wire. Make Check Payable to: “Aluna Joy Yaxkin". Ask Aluna for bank wire information. The remainder of the trip cost will be due 45-60 days prior unless other arrangements have been made. Remember . . . prices do not include airfare to Guatemala.

EXTRA NIGHTS ROOMS: Any extra rooms required pre and/or post tour dates shall be in the group's hotel or one similar.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be received in writing. Any cancellations received shall incur a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellations received 8 weeks or less before tour dates, shall incur a 75% cancellation fee. No refund shall be provided for any cancellations received four weeks prior to tour dates. This trip is not transferrable with other tours that we arrange. Late registrations may... or may not be possible. We do not want you to miss out . . . so sign up early.

WAIVER: I/we agree to take responsibility for all blessings and challenges that can happen while traveling in a third world country. I/we agree to release Aluna Joy Yaxk'in, Center of the Sun, MayaSpiritTours.com & Dennis Flores from all responsibility and liability of any unforeseen circumstances, changes in the schedule, acts of God (weather, earthquakes etc...), acts of terrorism, mental/physical illnesses, and any other unforeseen events occurring during tour dates. I/we understand that Aluna Joy Yaxk'in, Center of the Sun, MayaSpiritTours.com and Dennis Flores reserve the right to ask a group member to leave the tour if their behavior is harmful, disruptive or dangerous to the group. I/we are aware of and agree to the REGISTRATION, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES and understand and agree to all of the above information.

NOTE: Any changes that you may make to your itinerary (e.g. arrival and departure dates changing, extra night's rooms needed, etc...), within thirty (30) days of the beginning of the tour, we cannot guarantee that everything will go 100% smoothly (but we will do our super best).
