TOUR PRICE INCLUDES: All hotel accomodations as listed in the itinerary. All airport transfers and transportation within tour dates will be covered unless otherwise stated above (Remember . . . you will need to arrange your own arrival and departure flights to and from Merida, Mexico). Beautiful, safe and comfortable accommodations. All entrances fees to temple sites, museum and day tours. All meals listed in the itinerary (listed above). Full breakfasts each day. Gratuities for hotels, bell boys, waiters & roommaids (You may want to tip your maids additionally.) There will be 3 main guides at your service throughout the entire trip: Aluna Joy, Enrique & Raphael. Also, laughs, joyful tears, and the beginning of lifelong friendships . . . just about everything a spirit could want! Plus, spiritual growth that cannot be measured by any standard! We guarantee that you will never be the same! (Some of our plans are subject to slight changes due to Spirit's calling, great acts of spirit, weather, etc...).
NOT INCLUDED: Your round-trip flights, TO and FROM Merida, Mexico, arriving any time on December 7th, 2011 and departing any time on December 16th, 2011.. Local Airport Departure Taxes. All meals not listed in the itinerary. Tips to luggage handelers are not covered. Tips to our 3 main guides (Aluna Joy Yaxk'in, Enrique Enclada & Raphael) and other escort-guides and bus drivers are not covered. They should be offered and accepted with the heart only. Drinking water and laundry bills . . . and all the beautiful things that you will want to take home with you are not included.
REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS: (1.) Prior to sending your deposit, contact Aluna Joy to confirm space availability in the group as we do book up fast. (2.) Send us a 50% deposit to hold your space. You can pay your deposit by cashiers checks or by bank wire. Please make your Check payable to: “Aluna Joy Yaxkin". Ask us for bank wire and/or mailing information. (3.) Email, Mail or fax the completed registration form to address below along with a picture of yourself. (4.) The remaining balance of the total trip cost is due by October 01, 2011, or in US dollars (cash) upon arrival in Merida. US dollar bills must be clean and unmarked (this goes for your spending money also). 60 days prior to the tour dates, we will need your passport number, flight plans and any other requested extras to insure the quality of your pilgrimage. If this information is not provided at this time, we cannot guarantee that hotel accomodations and airport transfers will go 100% smoothly.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be received in writing. Any cancellations received will be charged a fee of 50% of the total fare. Cancellations received 60 to 31 days before the tour commences will be charged a fee of 75% of the total fare. No refund will be given for cancellations received 30 days or less before the tour commences. This trip is not transferrable with other tours that we arrange. Late registrations may... or may not be possible. Any changes that you may make to your itinerary (e.g. arrival and departure dates changing, extra night's rooms needed, etc...), within thirty (30) days of the beginning of the tour, we cannot guarantee that everything will go 100% smoothly (but we will do our super best).
WAIVER: I/we agree to take responsibility for all blessings and challenges that can happen while traveling in a third world country. I/we agree to release Aluna Joy Yaxk'in, Raphael Griessmeyer, Infinitours and Enrique Encalada from all responsibility and liability of any unforeseen circumstances, changes in the schedule, acts of God (weather, earthquakes etc...), acts of terrorism, mental/physical illnesses, and any other unforeseen events occurring during tour dates. I/we understand that Aluna Joy Yaxk'in, Raphael Griessmeyer and Enrique Encalada reserve the right to ask a group member to leave the tour if their behavior is harmful, disruptive or dangerous to the group. I/we are aware of and agree to the REGISTRATION, WAIVER AND CANCELLATION POLICIES and understand and agree to all of the above information.
